Participation Notice
Soccer and other athletic activities involve physical exertion and inherent risks. Participants should understand these risks before entering the fields or taking part in any activity at Hexa Soccer Fields.
Assumption of Risk
By choosing to participate, players and visitors acknowledge the ordinary risks associated with recreational sports, including collisions, falls, contact with other players, ball impact, turf-related injuries, equipment use, changing weather, and other conditions normally connected with soccer and outdoor activity.
Participant Responsibility
Each participant is responsible for deciding whether they are physically able to participate, following facility rules, wearing appropriate footwear, playing responsibly, and complying with reasonable safety instructions from Hexa staff.
Minors
A person making a reservation must be at least 18 years old. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for providing appropriate permission and supervision for minors where required, including any additional approval connected with community or Open Play participation.
Personal Property
Participants should keep personal belongings secure. Except where required by applicable law, Hexa is not responsible for unattended, misplaced, stolen, or damaged personal property.
Equipment Use
Customers are responsible for using rented or provided equipment appropriately, following any instructions, and returning it after the session. Customers may be responsible for loss or damage caused by misuse or failure to return rental equipment.
Outdoor Conditions
Hexa is a 100% outdoor facility. Participants should consider heat, sun exposure, rain, wet surfaces, wind, and other outdoor conditions. Ordinary weather does not automatically close the fields, but Hexa may delay or suspend play when conditions are unsafe.
Medical Emergencies
Participants should notify Hexa staff promptly in an emergency and seek appropriate medical assistance. Hexa does not promise that medical professionals or specialized medical equipment will be present at the facility.
Release / Limitation Language
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, participants accept responsibility for the ordinary risks of voluntary recreational activity and release Hexa Soccer Fields and its owners, employees, and representatives from claims arising from those inherent risks. This language does not waive rights or liabilities that cannot legally be waived and does not excuse conduct for which liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
Agreement to Facility Rules
Use of the facility indicates acceptance of posted safety, conduct, footwear, and participation rules where legally applicable. Hexa may pause or end play when needed to protect participants, staff, property, or field conditions.
