Booking & Cancellation Policy
How reservations, deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, no-shows, weather closures, and recurring rentals are handled at Hexa Soccer Fields.

How to Reserve a Field
Standard field rentals may be booked through the external online booking system. Call Hexa if you need help choosing a field or completing a reservation. WhatsApp and email are available for questions, weekly rentals, and special requests. Sending a message alone does not hold a field.
Booking Confirmation
A reservation is confirmed only after availability is confirmed, required booking details are completed, and the required 50% reservation deposit is paid.
Reservation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to hold the field. The deposit is applied toward the total rental price. The remaining balance must be paid before the rental starts unless otherwise agreed.
Advance Booking
Standard bookings can generally be made up to 60 days in advance. Popular evening and weekend times may fill earlier, so customers who need a specific field or time should book early.
Hourly Rates
5v5 and 7v7 rates differ. Off-peak and prime-time pricing may apply, and rates are generally charged per field, per hour. Equipment rentals and other add-ons are separate.
Cancellations
72 hours or more before the reservation: the customer may cancel or reschedule, and the reservation deposit may be refunded or transferred to another booking. Less than 72 hours before the reservation: the 50% reservation deposit is non-refundable. No-show: the reservation deposit is forfeited.
Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests remain subject to availability. Requests made at least 72 hours beforehand can generally transfer the deposit to another available session. A replacement date and time are not guaranteed until Hexa confirms them.
Weather & Field Closures
Hexa is a 100% outdoor facility. Ordinary weather does not automatically cancel a reservation. Hexa may close fields when weather or field conditions are unsafe. If Hexa cancels for unsafe conditions, the customer may reschedule at no additional charge or receive a refund for the affected reservation.
Late Arrival
Rental time starts at the time shown on the reservation. Arriving late generally does not extend the session. Customers should arrive approximately 10-15 minutes early to change, check in, and prepare.
Weekly / Recurring Field Rentals
Customers may request the same field, day, and time each week. Recurring rentals may qualify for a preferred rate. Availability and recurring terms must be confirmed with Hexa, and separate payment or cancellation terms may be agreed with the customer.
League / Event Rentals
Leagues, tournaments, corporate games, parties, and multiple-field reservations may require separate approval, custom scheduling, different payment terms, or additional information. Contact Hexa to discuss these rentals.
Add-ons
Equipment rentals and paid extras are separate from the field rate. Available add-ons may change and should be confirmed when booking.
