Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Hexa Soccer Fields website and facility-related services. By using the website, making a reservation, or entering the facility, you agree to follow these terms and applicable posted rules.
About Hexa Soccer Fields
Hexa Soccer Fields operates outdoor artificial-turf soccer fields in Houston for hourly rentals, recurring rentals, team training, private games, leagues, and special events.
Field Reservations
Standard field bookings may be made through the external online booking system, with phone support available when assistance is needed. Availability is not guaranteed until required booking details and the applicable deposit or payment have been completed and confirmed.
Reservation Deposit
A 50% reservation deposit is required to confirm and hold a standard field reservation. The deposit is applied toward the total rental amount. The remaining balance is due before the rental begins unless Hexa agrees otherwise in writing.
Rental Rates
Rates are generally charged per field, per hour and may vary by field size, day, and booking time. Off-peak and prime-time pricing may apply. Optional add-ons and equipment rentals are charged separately.
Booking Window
Standard bookings may generally be made up to 60 days in advance. Availability varies, and popular evening and weekend times may fill earlier.
Facility Rules
Customers and participants must follow staff instructions and posted safety rules, use appropriate turf footwear, avoid metal cleats, respect reserved start and end times, keep the facility reasonably clean, and avoid intentional damage to fields, equipment, or property.
Add-ons and Equipment Rentals
Optional rentals may include soccer balls, jerseys or bibs, soccer shoes, cones, and other training equipment. Add-ons are charged separately. Customers may be responsible for rented items that are lost, misused, or damaged.
Food and Drinks
Drinks and snacks may be sold on site and are not included with a standard field rental. Players may bring water. Posted facility rules may limit food and drinks on the artificial turf.
Minors
The person making a reservation must be at least 18 years old. Minors may participate with appropriate parent or guardian permission. Additional parent or guardian approval may apply to community or Open Play participation.
Third-Party Booking Services
External booking and payment providers may have their own terms, privacy policies, payment rules, and technical requirements. Hexa is not responsible for unrelated third-party service availability, content, or policies.
Prohibited Conduct
Dangerous conduct, harassment, intentional property damage, unauthorized commercial activity, illegal activity, and material interference with other customers or facility operations are prohibited.
Suspension or Removal
Hexa may refuse, suspend, or end use of the facility when reasonably necessary because of safety concerns, serious rule violations, non-payment, disruptive conduct, or unlawful activity.
Intellectual Property
Website text, graphics, branding, photographs, and other content are owned by Hexa or used with permission and may not be copied or commercially reused without authorization, except as permitted by law.
Disclaimer
Website information is provided for general convenience and may change. Field availability, operating hours, rates, and services are subject to operational needs, weather, maintenance, and other reasonable limitations. Hexa does not promise uninterrupted website or third-party booking availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Changes to These Terms
Hexa may update these terms when operations, services, or legal requirements change. The last-updated date identifies the current version.
